Nellie in the office was welcoming and responsive. Any delay (minor and primarily due to weather) was communicated. The crew was great. The crew arrived on time each day. They were well organized and knew their responsibilities. The team protected our exiting plants and treated our property like it was their own. They removed one dying tree and trimmed one of the palm trees. The stamped concrete and artificial turf was installed, a beautiful transformation. "I simply was not impressed with this provider.  It took about a week for him to come to my property, but I will cut some slack on that because it was during a time we were experiencing a lot of rain and he was behind schedule with other customers.  However, I purchased a deal for a tree health assessment with $100 credit toward service.  When I finally did meet with the vendor, he gave me advice on how to improve the health of my trees which took about 10 minutes.  He did not have time to actually trim any of my trees, which is what I wanted done.  Even so, I asked if he could give me an estimate on what I wanted done and we could schedule the service at a later date.  He told me he'd do it for $199 and I could go to Angie's List and purchase a coupon for $199.  I told him I had $100 credit on the deal I already purchased and he said he'd check on that and get back to me.  I never heard from him again.  I think he has good intentions and just may have been overwhelmed with customers due to the weather situation.  However, I honestly don't have time to mess delay services on my property nor make appointments only to have them pushed back.  I prefer a company that can fit me in and complete service within a reasonable amount of time.
