The best part is that he is a local repairman, who lives in the community and is a small business owner. I've read some of the comments that others have made and you can easily see that those with negative comments think they are dealing with a huge company with many workers. Julio is the sole repairman which means he is responsible for all aspects of His Business. If you have never been in business, especially the service business where you deal with all sorts of people, you have no idea how difficult it can be. Now add to that the fact that he is doing repairs where anything can happen which may cause him to spend more time than he originally thought, thus possible making him late for his next appointment. People who expect him to drop everything on one job to run over to them are unrealistic.
