"After membrane install 3 years ago there have been several leaks. Last one in May 2017. Alex Ramirez one of the owners stalled and did not return calls to fix problem. I tried to contacted the office manager and another one of the owners, they never returned call. I finally contacted IB Roof Systems(manufacturer of membrane) to intercede. Alex Ramirez finally did show up to fix leak. However did not fix the water damage inside house as he had promised upon original installation. I have left several messages with no response. I deeply regret having contracted this bush league company."
