"At first I was impressed. Gabe seemed nice enough. Plus, he seemed honest and knowledgeable. So I hired him. He and I agreed upon the rates, and set dates for the install. Gabe and his assistant did an okay job on installing my vinyl flooring, but broke one of my tiles on the lower portion of my fireplace. Gabe claimed he would fix it later in the week. Trusting his word, I paid him for the work he had done. He has since ghosted me. I've called, left voice messages, and texted him every few days for the past 2 & 1/2 weeks, and he has yet to respond. The only time I was able to reach him was last week when I was transferred to his line via Angi's customer service. When I spoke to him, he told me he had been looking for a replacement tile and advised me that he would call me the following afternoon... He never did. And I've called and left messages since. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it is obvious he is intentionally avoiding me. Now I have to hire someone else to fix the damage caused by ABQ Flooring."

"I cannot say enough about Edgar Diaz and his crew. He tore up my wood floor and replaced it with porcelain tiles in a pattern to blend into the rest of the room – all from a picture I showed him. The old underflooring was poorly done and he created a smooth, flat surface for the tile. He took up tiles that were not quite right and made it perfect. I just love it! "
