BLUE SKY BUILDERS

The work done by Blue Sky Residential was a disaster. Our roof leaks, our doors let in insects and our windows collect dirt/dust. The workmanship and quality of work was extremely poor. Promises to landscape our courtyard were never fulfilled and have led to severe erosion problems. Cracks have developed all across the house, whether it's along the connections between walls and floor or floor and ceiling or dry wall on ceilings. Promises to repaint the courtyard have not been fulfilled. Tile keeps falling off vertical surfaces in the bathroom. The chair installed in the shower as well as the supporting horizontal surface in the shower have resulted in mold appearing along the sides, including a larger mold problem under chair and surface. These will have to be torn out. Repeated calls and emails and even accidental meetings with Jacob Maestas, the general contractor, have been ignored. He did tell me that we would have to pay him thousands of dollars to stop our 100-year roof from leaking. Plumbing was installed in a shoddy fashion so that leaks developed in kitchen appliances. Just thinking about what happened to us makes me angry. Our money went up in smoke.
