After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. "This is pretty much as good as it gets without having the designer come to your house.  We received detailed recommendations for lighting, accessories, fabric types, window treatments, lots of good details in the recommendations.  The actual remodel changed the room, but most of the recommendations still apply.  I'm not sure about the prices of the items they recommend, but it does give you practical ideas for furniture you may already have or how to shop in a retail store, etc.
