(He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

"They had to go out and purchase the gutter and supplies (I reimbursed them) which used up a fair amount of the time I was to have in the offer (4 hours) and when I discussed other things they might do in the 4 hours, they declined, stating those items were excluded from the offer or beyond what they could do (for ex, some door weatherstripping). I was very happy they did offer to come back and move a shed. It was an additional fee that I felt was very reasonable and well done.  It all evened out when added together.
