Critical: Quality In December 2020 Alliance installed a turtle pond.. The debt of the pond is not deep enough.They filled the pond and sides with river rock that falls down exposing the rubber lining.The rubber lining does not go up high enough.We might have a little over a foot of water in debt If you over fill it just a little it will completely collapse. The first time we put water in it, it collapse because they told us we filled it too much even though we filled it to the mark they told us. Jerome the owner or manager made us feel like that we were wrong and stupid. We spent $11000 for garbage. We then had to spend $ 425 more to have them come out and fix it from over filling the pond.The design for this turtle pond needs to be overhauled .One would question whether he knows what he is.doing.The workers themselves were hard working but the design does not work. Now were stuck with a pond that is not sufficient for the winter for our turtles.

Installed a french drain, retaining wall, stamped concrete patio, rock work. Jerome and his guys did an outstanding job! Creative ideas. Hard workers. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them!

Stay away from this company. They did a terrible work and no customer service. We spent a lot of money, and they will not return a call for a small service problem. They do not honor their warranty. Nothing, but lies. Do not hire this company.

Timely, quality work and product, executed very professionally. Project completed within 4 days of signing the contract. All employees, staff, and subcontractors very courteous and competent. Owner, Jerome, was onsite, had excellent oversight, Quality Control, and attention to detail. Very approachable and easy to work with. Did everything to ensure the job was done right. He was not the lowest bidder, but did work with me and came close. Well worth the extra few dollars.

Alliance Landscaping was friendly, responsive, and professional in everything they did. We explained what we wanted, and they came back with a quote within our budget. We then realized that we would like to have it done in time for a big event, and they moved up the start date to suit us. They showed up on time, worked two long days, and were done early on the third, ahead of schedule. Our backyard is now unrecognizable, in the best way!

Excellent work and workmanship. I have exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable.

Good Work

Jerome gave us an estimate one day and his crew showed up the next. Restoration of an old railroad-tie retaining wall in our back yard approx. 55 ' in length and 4 and 1/2 feet high. All verticals and horizontals had to be removed and the soil behind them excavated down to the base of the original wall. Some extra verticals were added for stabilization and special precautions had to be taken to preserve two large trees near the wall. All this was accomplished in less than a day by a crew of five men. It was hard work. We were impressed by their speed and efficiency.

So far has been an amazing experience. Jerome is great to work with, very hands on and involved, which is greatly appreciated. He has been here for each step ensuring his folks are completing our vision in the most professional manner. Highly recommend this company.

The workmanship was excellent and we are thrilled with the results. They started work two days earlier than promised and finished ahead of schedule. We have requested a proposal for more work from Jerome and his crew. We heartily recommend Alliance to anyone who needs any sort of landscaping done.

Jerome and his crew were all professional and well organized. They did an excellent job in all phases of the courtyard wall project which included the initial install of the standard gray, 6" CMU block wall and then the 2 stage synthetic stucco coating process. This is the first (and probably the only) house I will own. Finding the right contractor was a bit scary and intimidating. But Alliance Landscaping took the fear away and replaced it with anticipation and excitement. All the employees and workers associated with the job done in my yard were very professional, friendly, and committed to meeting my needs and expectations. My satisfaction with the work being done seemed to be their goal. I was always kept informed of each and every step of the overall plan and the timeline as the work progressed. And very importantly, all were considerate of making as little disturbance to myself as well as the neighbors. I was extraordinarily happy with all the work performed. My backyard landscaping and the porch covering they built turned-out fantastic. I would highly recommend Alliance Landscaping to anyone looking to creating a beautiful and relaxing yard they will immensely enjoy!

This project of concrete 3-car driveway replacement and backyard landscape improvements was carried out on time, with excellent workmanship. The crew was respectful and went above and beyond to clean up each day and replace absolutely everything that had to be disturbed during the work. Could not be more pleased with the outcome of the project.

I hired Alliance to raise a block wall and a complete renovation of my front yard landscaping. They did an amazing job. Jerome was great to work with. His crew is fantastic. They were very professional, cleaned up the job site each day and worked hard all day long. From start to finish there was excellent communication and collaboration. The landscaping turned out magnificent and I have had many compliments already. The block wall was handled efficiently and to my specification. Hands down, this is the best experience I have had with a contractor in Albuquerque. I will be hiring them again for several other projects.
