"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
