Each time I call, Bob comes out in a reasonable time, and simply goes to work.
The first time I called Bob, water in the mechanical room was spraying everywhere due to what Bob had identified as a corroded copper pipe. Prior to coming across Bob, one company came out and quoted $750 because it was dark.  The second company came out and turned off the water and promised to be back the next morning to make the repair.  I never heard back, despite leaving a message the next morning.
Bob came out, looked at the situation, removed and replaced the corroded copper pipe, and left.  All for $120.  He made a friend for life with that call.
Most recently, I had left a garden hose connected to a hydrant, which froze and cracked, dripping water which turned into a gusher.  Bob was out within an hour, complete with tools and replacement hydrant should it be needed.  Bob was able to make a temporary repair to stop the water flow, and will be back in Spring to complete the work when the ground thaws.  He didn't insist that I purchase any materials, and charged $120 for doing all of this.
