"The day after I called them, the owner came to my home, evaluated my heating systems, recommended replacing both, and emailed a proposal within a day. I added a water heater, received a revised proposal which I accepted and settled on when the work was to be done. The work was done as scheduled, the owner checked it for quality of workmanship and had a few minor corrections were made."
