I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. "The old synthetic stucco was about 17 years old and had numerous cracks and some nickel- to quarter-sized holes. Just Stucco was one of three companies that gave me estimates. All were within the same general price range for the basic job. One big difference is that Just Stucco is the only one that offered to caulk all the windows and woodwork at the end of the job. The other companies simply told me that I could do the caulking myself later if I wanted to. Even though this added to the base cost, it was well worth it to me to add that extra level of protection and also save me hours of work. James was very patient in listening to and addressing my concerns. The crew was polite and professional, and they did a great job. At the end of the work during the final inspection, I spotted a few loose end items and brought them to James' attention. Without hesitation, he agreed to address them. The house and courtyard wall look great."
