"I had a great experience with Lee and his team. They were very polite and professional. Lee arrived with one of his colleagues, and they were quick and thorough in their work. They answered all of our questions, provided valuable information, and meticulously documented everything. I highly recommend Lee and his company. He is knowledgeable and committed to delivering a comprehensive report, ensuring that if youâ re buying a house, you fully understand what you are purchasing and what repairs may be needed. Additionally, Lee and Fireman Home Inspections (https://firemanhomeinspections.com/) offer a significant discount for veterans and first responders, making their services even more worthwhile."

"We were contracted with Cerl for a home inspection. Do not use them. They are not accredited and do their own test. I would NEVER let them in my home! They tore apart our home and there was no bad mold! They are a nightmare!!!"

"The process was easy, and pricing options were provided up fromt. They gave clear instructions about what they needed for the appraisal. They provided an appraisal quickly, with a nice turn around time. I would call this company again next I need an appraisal."

"When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."

"I spoke with Dave on the phone, and he sent Shawn out to inspect. Both were courteous and professional. Shawn listened carefully to my description of the problem odor and when it happened. He checked walls for moisture and other indications of possible mold. Although he did not think there was mold based on his examination, I opted for air samples to make sure. The initial evaluation was free - cost was for the air samples and analysis. Analysis of the samples in the lab showed that there was not a mold problem. Shawn helped me troubleshoot for other possible sources of the problem."

"We are still in the budgeting phase and have not contacted yet however Scott Hughes of Groundwork’s was a great resource. He provided detailed information on the issues and how they would resolve them for us."

"The crew was very professional and punctual. Build options owner was always there every step of the way for any questions I had, and made sure workers kept a clean job site throughout the length of the project. "

"Very useful and explained things in terms I could understand. Did not do anything that was not approved until he spoke to us. When the report was back from analysis, it was explained so we could understand it."
