I particularly liked that how carefully he kept track of a multi-step disassembly procedure on our washer, so that reassembling it went just as smoothly. Turned out the bellows/rubber gasket was not damaged, so he was able to rehook the spring that had been jarred loose by an overload, and refit the bellows, and we can return the part we bought.
