Storing the car inside was their idea; they thought that would be safer for the car in my weeks of absence. Luis offered to get both items done at no extra cost. When I called them a few days after my return home to ask where my broom and dustpan were, they stopped by that same morning to give me a new broom and dustpan they had just purchased! Another example of above and beyond, and caring about customer outcome. I appreciated their kindness very much. I did not even know there were companies to do this kind of what they call **extreme cleaning** of bad spaces and Bio-One was the right company to call. They will respond to difficult situations with real caring and insight. They are trustworthy and will do things right. They are a true help and will solve difficult situations for their clients."
