Nicole with Bio One responded to me not only immediately, but with COMPASSION and EMPATHY for what I was going through. Together we made a plan, and four days later she met me in my embarrassingly disgusting apartment and got to work. Throughout the entire process she communicated with me what was happening as I was too embarrassed to stay there while her team worked. They got more done in one day than I could’ve in months. My dogs have a safe home. I have my life back. Anyone can be hired to throw away trash. But I truly believe that it takes a special type of person to sift through it, clean a home with kindness, and treat the client with compassion and understanding. The immediate, as well as surrounding area, was cleared and leveled just to add a nice unexpected finish.
