"Jerome arrived on time for the estimate.  Since the job was relatively small for their company, Jerome wrote out an estimate for us on the spot.  We had another estimate that was about the same in price, but decided to go with Alliance Landscaping, because of the professional and knowledgeable way Jerome conducted the estimate.  A few days later, we signed the agreement, which gave us a starting and ending date. At a little after 8:00 in the morning on the agreed date, a crew of 5-6 men arrived and began work. Jerome came over too, to make sure they understood what had to be done. This job was not a technical one, but a very heavy one.  The estimated time for completion of the work was a day and a half.  They were finished in one day.  The entire crew was professional and very hard-working reasonably quiet for the work that had to be done. The wall is beautiful and very sturdy.  The upright posts were dug so deeply into the ground, this wall will hold together for many years to come. And because the old posts were leaning and encroaching into our driveway, the straightened wall makes our driveway wider and easier to navigate for large vehicles. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding two of the upright posts, but the issue was resolved with Jerome and within a couple of days, we had the remaining uprights.  We are very pleased with the final product.

For a little bit more, Aaron was able to replace all the concrete that was deteriorating and in really bad shape. He quoted me quickly, and had his crew out within days. The part that has been laid is beautiful and perfectly graded to drain properly. Aaron knows what he is doing! He is professional, communicates, on time, and the work is impeccable!
