Avelino Rivas (owner) is a general contractor , insured and bonded for our costumers safety. Financing is available for qualified applicants, we also take checks and credit cards as payment options. Rivas Rockwall never asks for any financial advance of any kind, only when job is complete , we will ask for full payment .
"Mr Rivas and his workers did a good job filling in the retaining wall gaps. They left everything clean and picked up trash. I feel it was A little pricey for the job but needed the repairs done"

The mortar between the brick joints had loosened and a tree root pressing against the brick below grade caused the wall to crack from top to bottom between my yard and the neighbors yard. Cinco Mosqueteros did a great job repairing the wall, leaving it in much better shape than when it was originally built. Many thanks!"

If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. "Beware!! On September 09, 2022, I entered into a contract with Mr. Victor Araujo aka Eddie to build a fence. He asked for $3400 up front to start the project. After a few days we could not agree on the design and materials used for the project, therefore we agreed to scrap the project. Mr. Araujo promised to refund my money. To this day, Eddie has not refunded my money. He ignores phone calls and text messages. My next step is filing a police report for the stolen money. Do not trust Eddie. I also filed my complaint with the El Paso Better Business Bureau."
