"Unanticipated constraints presented on our end ... the vendor did right by us. Although we did not use their services ... I am compelled to write a review. The transparency and appreciation of the customer perspective is exceptional. We were so impressed we wanted to encourage other prospective clients to feel fully confident about Ballcock Construction."

"Working with Ben and his crew was a great experience. We are already planning for additional work in the future by this company. Very pleased with the work. Thanks to Ben and the crew!"

"Pluma was an excellent company to work with. Work was completed within 1 week of estimated time and included new windows and french door installation, replacement of 3 windows, retexture and paint ceilings, new flooring, new cabinets, new baseboards and painting throughout. Work was excellent and Julio was an amazing worker! He never did things that were less then satisfactory and often went the extra mile! My new kitchen, living area and laundry look incredible!! Overall fair value for work completed, will recommend to others and will likely hire for our future projects. Thank you!!!"

"We were so pleased with new bathroom and George and his crew, decided to remodel other bathroom and got rid of our 80"s style. New tub installed, shower tiles, vanity and floor tile. They did a great job, and would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend Advanced American"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.
