PCM Electrical

The project went very well. Phil was very responsive to my request and did the job very quickly at a reasonable price. 
My first encounter with Phil was when he was the electrical subcontractor to Jade Enterprises who was doing a major remodeling job on my house during the Fall of 2012.  The project required major rewiring and new wiring.  I was highly impressed by Phil's work ethic and his receptiveness to working with me on installing wiring for my home theater system.  I was so impressed that I kept his business card and called him regarding the above circuit breaker job in 2014. Replacing circuit breakers was not a major task.  The real issue was finding replacement breakers for my circuit panel which was thirty years old.  Phil did the research, quickly found the exact replacement, and installed the breakers in short order.  He is a real pleasure to work with.  I can highly recommend him for both major and minor electrical jobs.  You will not be disappointed .

Phillip and his assistant, Martin, were impeccable. They arrived on time, performed all of the work, and maintained a clean work area the entire time. They were quiet (my husband and I work from home) and very mindful of pets (to insure they didn't escape through the front door). All of the new smoke detectors were tested and the old detectors were disconnected and tied off propoerly, and new covers were placed over the old wiring. The new fans were installed and wired - and we have not had any issues with them in these last three months (we used to joke they were haunted because the old ones would turn on/off by themselves and would change speeds without us touching them).

The work was accomplished as planned in a very professional manner on a timely basis.  Work space was cleaned-up at the conclusion of work, and all work was checked to ensure they were operational.  Customer was very pleased with work performed.

Everything went very well. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. We obtained estimates from several electricians whose price was much higher than PCM and the estimates did not include parts. PCM was very reasonable in his estimate and the cost included any parts which may have been needed. In one room they had to climb into our attic in order to remove something which prevented the safe installation of the fan. They discovered that the attic light had been left on by an appraiser some months earlier. They were courteous and friendly and took care to wear booties over their shoes in order not to leave any stains on our carpet. We were completly satisfied and will use PCM for any future electric needs.

Phillip was able to coordinate with contractor's time table to get job done. Made more than one trip. Phillip was very nice and
had a helper that was very nice also. They were on time, did a good job and the clean up was very good. Would definitely

use him again if I needed electrical work done.

PCM has a fair price. They were on time and was quick. They cleaned up after job was complete.
