The new balcony is gorgeous! Kramer gave us a very reasonable price, and he was efficient, expert, and overall a pleasure to have working at our house. We'll be calling him for all our home renovations from now on!"

I have an open floor plan in my house, and I wanted them to build a soffit to delineate space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room, put a faux beam under it, and make it look like it's always been there. I also wanted them to attach faux beams from the soffit to the wall across the space to create a modern take on Viga beams. They did a stunning job. The quality of their craftsmanship is clear.
