Kramer discussed the details with us thoroughly and paid close attention to what we wanted. He's a craftsman, and his work is excellent. He also left the jobsite very clean and free of debris. The new balcony is gorgeous! Kramer gave us a very reasonable price, and he was efficient, expert, and overall a pleasure to have working at our house. We'll be calling him for all our home renovations from now on!"

He was accessible, honest, and friendly ... and very knowledgeable. And get this: He didn't ask for our last payment until AFTER the job was done to our satisfaction. When our 350sf shed/greenhouse was finished, my wife and I toasted and considered the project worth every penny. Would we hire Mike again? Without a moment's hesitation, and we probably will. Take my advice: Hire Amtek and skip all the headaches and heartaches of ordinary contractors."
