•  Ramon Acosta showed up on time for the appointment to lay out the the floor plan and had his men there at the house ready to work within 2 days. We wanted special made cabinets for the bathroom and Ramon brought us a cabinet designer to our home to work out the details! The workers were punctual and cleaned up their mess after each day of work. The remodel was finished on schedule. I plan on remodeling the kitchen and I will be calling D & R Services for that project as well!

"Sales visit was pushy, offering 10% off if I signed that day. I regret giving in. I went with single hung for affordability, but I would have preferred double hung. I wish someone would have told me that I might resent the single hung over time.

Installation was done by one man. He was friendly and capable, but he did run short on time. At the end of the day he asked if he could skip sealing the interior with caulk. He offered to leave caulk for us to finish up ourselves. I allowed this, but found that my caulking skills are not as neat as a professional! I regret this.

He completed the vinyl window wrapping. The product was not vinyl coated metal, but just vinyl, so the wrapping does not have crisp, clean corners. He used clear sylicon caulk on the wrapping. At first the caulking looked nice, but it has collected dirt over time and now looks very messy. He used an abundance of caulk and nails. Over time, I have become dissatisfied with the wrapping.

The insulation that Sears installs with the windows is only fiberglass stuffing. I would prefer foam fill. The windows are good quality, not excellent. I feel that the UV protection coating does add a dark tint. I wish I had known that there are different methods of UV protection and not all involve a dark tint."

"Went VERY WELL. Our job involved the conversion of a attached garage into a gameroom and the construction of a new garage. David Romero, General Contractor and owner of Streamline, has had his same crew with him for over 10 years. He took the job from our general idea through design (Streamline works with an architect), and permitting to completion. David has been in the construction business in the Albuquerque area for quite some time and has good relationships with subcontractors he knows and trusts. This shows up in quality construction through all phases of the job. The crew was professional in every sense of the word. Always knew what to do, never made an unnecessary mess and kept the jobsite clean and orderly. The promised timelines given to us for the project were very good, and the project was completed within the promised time. David regularly reviewed their progress at least weekly and any necessary changes were presented to us for approval prior to any work being done. He also reviewed all expenditures weekly and let us know how we stood on expenses. He pointed out where we came in under the pre-construction estimates and also where we had potential cost overruns (which were few) and why. When there were decisions to be made during the job, David always took the time to explain what had come up and why. He normally had solutions in mind and presented them along with associated costs.We were extremely happy with the job done by Streamline Construction. Streamline came highly recommended by friends and work associates and the job they did lived up to the recommendations. We highly recommend Streamline Contractors."
