"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! In addition, the cracks they ?repaired? have already reappeared?less than six months later?and the larger ones need to be fixed again. I chose this company partly because they offered a warranty and I do have a three year one but it has proven to be worthless and they have not returned to address any of these issues, no matter how many times I?ve reached out and with promises made to return and fix them. Never happened. Travis did schedule a clean up date made three months later because he was too busy to come out and he would loose money doing these kind of call backs"
