"I signed the documents because I had a payment commitment from Renewal By Andersen and so they could collect what they DID NOT EARN, not because I am pleased with the work they did, and I DO NOT CERTIFY that they did a good job on my house. This is the worst company I have ever hired to do my windows and doors. Any local, smaller company can do a better job than them! I do not recommend them; they are irresponsible and mediocre!"

Unfortunately, the color was not what was ordered (and on the invoice). We actually liked the color, and we asked Mark to contact us thinking he would apologize for the mistake. We were clear that we liked the blinds (even though not what we ordered) and were not asking for them to be replaced. Mark never responded to calls and texts. Very disappointing."
