Their automatic phone system is difficult --cut me off after being on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got a very young sounding female who said she would have the accounting department contact me. They did refund the extra charge. One of our tv's then did not work at all, but my son-in-law figured it out and fixed it. I would not recommend this company."

I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way.
