I canâ t speak highly enough about Lorenzo and his crew. The whole process was explained to us before, and continued throughout the project. We had replaced the bamboo flooring throughout the main floor and the stairs with luxury vinyl flooring, and are very pleased with it and All Flooring. We also replaced the baseboards, and upstairs in the master, had a carpet restretched , and baseboards replaced. They did a wonderful job .

All Flooring, NM, LLC was great. The prices were reasonable, the workers were friendly and responsible, and the floors and baseboards turned out great. We are so glad we hired them. We had been interested in ripping out our carpet and tile to do an entire re-floor of our whole house (other than the bedrooms). The total square footage was more than 1,000 square feet. We gathered up a few quotes from a few places and compared them. All Flooring NM, LLC, was very close on the bid numbers to a few other reputable, highly rated contractors. But it was their commitment to customer service, their professionalism, and their attention to detail that made us hire them. They completed the install on time and within the expected parameters, even after we made a change to the plan and asked them to do a bathroom we hadn't expected to do. That change was no problem, and they got the job done. They're now on my permanent list of folks to recommend for flooring work.

The bid process is always the part I get nervous about. I am not a flooring specialist and I don't want to become one. All Flooring guided me through the process and was transparent on advantages and disadvantages of all the types of flooring I was considering. They didn't pressure me on my choice and it was obvious that they valued my business more than they valued an upsell. The experience of the crew really showed in how this install turned out. Anyone could have just come in and slapped down the flooring. This company was meticulous in leveling and prep. I am blown away with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Overall, this has been a great experience and I would use All Flooring again in a heartbeat. If they were busy, I would wait.
