This is our second time dealing with Siding &Windows Wizards. We are very impressed with our new easy operating well insulated attractive sliding porch door windows. First, we wish to thank Andrei for his prompt pleasant friendly no pressure expertise presentation about these excellent sliding glass doors for our sun porch. From his first presentation describing these sliders to the completion of the doors, it was absolutely flawless. Pete and Victor, our two installers, definitely know how to handle heavy triple pane doors taking every precaution to avoid damaging them, no easy task. They are meticulous excellent hard working guys who know their trade, placing tarps not only inside our house but on our deck leaving our house spotless. Any questions we asked were answered with 20 years of knowledge being in this business. For anyone looking to have windows or slider doors replaced, we would highly recommend Andrei and his team. I had been searching for a reputable, affordable solution for my worn out, drafty windows and I found Andrei. He was super professional, worked around my schedule to see the state of my current windows and presented all options - from cheap to top of the line. He wasn't "salesy", didn't push me to buy the expensive ones, just gave me options and once I decided (I chose the middle of the road option) he THOROUGHLY explained how the window was made, how they were energy efficient vs the cheap ones, etc. Then he did a full walk through of all the windows I wanted to replace - 7 in total - just to make sure what I had picked made sense. I also needed a new storm door and went through the same steps as with the windows. As I live in an association, I had to get their permission first before the work could be done and Andrei was there every step of the way answering their questions. Installation day came around and his team was SUPER efficient! Very punctual and worked throughout the day (7:30 am - 5 pm) to do the whole job. Before they left Andrei personally checked EACH window then made sure I knew how to operate the windows and storm door. I had been DREADING this part of my condo renovation project but Andrei sure made it a lot smoother! If you need windows, siding, doors...this is the contractor for you!

I hired these guys and they did a great job I needed windows in my screen room and put in 8 windows in they came on a Saturday morning and were done by 2 pm the windows look great I would hire these company again.

Window Frame Repair Service
We replaced 2 windows (APEX Windows) and 1 of them was broken before it was installed. The other window has a spot in the middle pane of a triple pane window and still waiting to be replaced. They didn't properly remove the sidings, to firmly fix the new windows. they just ripped out the old window out and just screwed the new window to the studs. Exterior finish was unpleasing and really an NOT a Professional workmanship.

Andre and his crew were fantastic. From the 1st appt. for the estimate, Andre was great. It took 2 weeks for fabrication, just as promised. They removed and installed 28 windows, complete with new capping in less then 3 days. They took all of the debris, and cleaned the area, inside and out. My house looks amazing with the new windows. I'm now going to order exterior doors, and storm doors.

No high pressure sales with SWW, just honest, professional, high quality service. They arrived on time every day, finished the job in the time stated & left the property cleaner than when they arrived ! We had insulated siding, shutters, soffits, gutters & a beautiful front door installed all for a lower price than 3 competitors ! SWW also found a few problems that added to our high heating cost due to new window installed by previous owners that were never sealed or framed--no problem--they took care of everything. Our home now looks beautiful & the sky high electric heating bills are half of what they were before !!

Removed old siding, installed vinyl siding, shutters, sliding glass door, new gutter, and wrapped trim and eves for maintenance-free exterior. Andrei was prompt in answering questions, pleasant and professional, and his team members were fast and courteous with great attention to detail. The results of their work are stunning. We are thrilled!
