"Overall, I had a great experience working with Precision Painting Plus. From a professional standpoint they were excellent — great communication, quick response time, and thorough follow-up. The painting itself looks very good, but I did notice a few spots that could have been cleaner, such as some paint on the white moldings, a drip mark, and areas around the trim that weren’t as sharp as I’d hoped. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. All in all, I would recommend them and would use them again, just with a little more attention to detail next time."

Alan showed up on time, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, took measurements and walked old fence through woods, brush, brambles and up/ down hill. Sent quote the next day. Price was very reasonable. Agreed to the job and set date for work. They showed up on time, worked efficiently clearing all the brush, brambles and downed trees along fence line. Then installed new fence. Were done by late afternoon. Fence looks great and now my older dog and new puppy can freely romp off leash without me worrying where they are. Highly recommend this outfit. "Absolutely terrible business people. We hired them to replace existing fence. Needed it to the ground, no gaps, as we have two small dogs. We have major gaps, as soon as they were done, my dog got out through gap. So they were of no help in fixing this issue, a lot of excuses as to why they did such a poor job. But honestly, as bad as that was, we found out they messed up the sprinkler system we have. Put post with cement into ground and totally messed it up. When we reached out to Ricardo to discuss this problem, as we have pictures, and told him the cost of the repair, again a lot of excuses and ridiculous responses. So no, I would not recommend at all. Actually gave him a few weeks to make this right, but haven't heard a word from him."

"I’ve been a customer of Wilber’s for several years. Up till now I’ve always found them to be reasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don’t know what’s happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber’s decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It’s sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it’s certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with."
