Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. Minor issues included the switch plates not being removed before painting. Additionally, while spray painting, a window and unpainted wood trim were splattered. We would recommend Precision Painting Plus.

PPP was recomended to us by one of our most demanding and trustworthy friends. We are glad we listened to him. Our house was built in 1903, and it needed a lot of tlc. It took us months to get to the priming state, but out neighboors have been thanking and congratulating us. We are at the priming stage, and will keep you updated as the work continues.

They came to my home the middle of September to see the job for an estimate. I never heard back from them. I called at least four times, the last being told that my complaint “would be escalated to a supervisor.” So much for that, because said supervisor never reached out. This level of unprofessionalism blows my mind. I wish they had just rejected the job instead of leaving me hanging on for an estimate that never came!

I was very happy with the job Precision performed. The project lead, Nelson, was fantastic. The house looks great! You know you hired the right company when there is a miscommunication but the company and Nelson corrected it. I had asked to have the fascia board and gutters painted as these are white aluminon and were greatly weathered. These were not painted and I was not present on the last day. I subsequently informed Precision and Nelson that these were not completed. Nelson and Precision responded and he came back a few days later and corrected the situation. Sloppy rushed work. We are finding paint in places it should not be. Door knobs, carpet, hard wood. We can see spots on the walls where the paint is not 2 coats. I wish I found all this before I made my final payment. I did let them know I was not to happy with the job but never heard back from anyone.

Although Precision Painting Plus services a large area, I never felt lost in the shuffle. Requested help to paint master bedroom. Received immediate phone call to discuss project. Project manager then stopped by to talk particulars. Account manager organized every step of the process. Painters showed up when scheduled and left everything in order. This is an update for the review I left on their website a few months ago: After my 3-star review (I was generous) they sent two guys to fix their sloppy painting job. When they came, they were late for some other side-gig (from what I understood from their conversation) and were clearly not happy about it. My wife suggested that they use painter's tape for corners/molding they laughed and said that they are PROs and don't need it -- LOL. In short, they did a rush job, and the quality was...well, consistent with their effort. Now I'm reducing my review to 2-stars because of this (their customer service is still good :) The original review: "Great customer service initially, but sloppy job quality for the price. When I asked to come back and touch up the spots they left unfinished, the head of the painting team responded twice that he would get back to me and eventually just disappeared. I’ll finish it myself, but will not return as a customer. I’m attaching just a sample of the things that prompted me to write this review — it’s nothing major, but when spots like that are everywhere in the house, I can’t be satisfied with the job. In addition to that, they refused to take off the shoe molding prior to refinishing the floors, so now I have unfinished parts of the floor."
