"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Want to give great praise to David Weinfeldt and staff. I experienced home boiler and pipe issues. Compared to other's Dave gave a excellent and fair price quote. I had other quotes, but Dave stood behind his. I accepted his offer. Omar and William arrived on time. They looked at the task and gave a great resolution. Replacing pipes and boiler work is never easy, especially when working behind walls etc. Omar and William did a neat and professional job. When completed they showed me what was done and offered great maintenance advice. Dawson Mechanical is the way to go. "

"I had an emergency plumbing situation and Jamie was absolutely brilliant. He came promptly within an hour of submitting my request and it was after hours. He was immediately able to identify the issue and suggest a corrective action. Jamie waited patiently as we spent time deciding if we wanted to follow his recommendation. All of my valves we leaking around the apartment so it was a chaotic afternoon after work and Jaime stayed absolutely calm, patient, and professional. He helped control the issue and suggest a solution to help maintain the situation overnight then came back and finished the job. Very responsive with great service and workmanship. I Recommend him to everyone I know."

"This company is absolutely AWFUL. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. They did not show up - not once, not twice, but THREE times. No calls, no texts. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with them, as they will waste YOUR time giving you an appointment and then not showing up. I have a policy of not giving out bad reviews, especially as I do not want to hurt a family business. With that said, I do not even understand how they can even stay in business. This is not how I would treat someone else, and not how business should be conducted. They are not respectful of your time. Stay away from them, there are other businesses out there who you should hire to get the job done."
