He was immediately able to identify the issue and suggest a corrective action. Jamie waited patiently as we spent time deciding if we wanted to follow his recommendation. All of my valves we leaking around the apartment so it was a chaotic afternoon after work and Jaime stayed absolutely calm, patient, and professional.
