"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "On the morning of the move they showed up an hour earlier which was fine. They started moving things once everything was loaded in the truck we are told how much they are charging us for them wrapping big items for transport which was fine we knew they had a packing fee. But then we are being told we have to pay for fuel, at the initial walk through weeks prior we were told we didn?t have to pay for fuel. They took the fuel charge off but then charged us $138 for tolls which was insane from CT to PA and then they took a hour lunch break and put it down as a extra hour of drive so we had to pay for 4 hours extra. Our final number increased by $1000 dollars, we knew the original number was just an estimate but for the final number to increase by $1000 is insane. "

"We moved yesterday and had an Amazing experience with First-Rate Moving! When I called and left a message - Csabi called me back immediately and scheduled to meet with us the very next day. Csabi was so nice and explained everything perfectly! On moving day we had five Fantastic guys lead by Foreman Javier! They were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company!"

"A difficult move that started at my home to pick up a few things, then on to my office in Fair Lawn, New Jersey for additional items, Then a full apartment was loaded on the van in Brooklyn New York and the eventual destination was Kingston, New York. To make things difficult, it rained the day of the move. However Optimum Moving came through like champs; without a hitch. Everything went perfectly and nothing was damaged. Optimum constantly communicated with me so I knew what was going on since moving is stressful. Oh yes, The elevator was broken in my office so their guys had to carry everything down 3 flights of steps. Their price was reasonable with no extras. I highly recommend them to everyone for small or big jobs wherever they may be."

"Updated: This company is horrible. They ruined all of my furniture and some intentional. They didn't have anyone to come fix it. They said that even if the truck caught on fire, I will receive $300 for all of my belongings from them. This is not a moral company and not one to trust. If you care about your belongings, don't trust them."

"Perfectly Fast Moving is dishonest, manipulative, and flat-out unprofessional. The price doubled the night before the move. Then they tried to raise it again when they arrived. They pushed hard for cash only and no documentation. Their workers demanded a tip before leaving. And here?s the part that really disgusted me: They acted like my final price and their ?favor? depended on me giving them a 5-star review. It felt like strong-arming. Based on what I saw, it seems like the way they get any positive reviews is by pressuring customers during the move or trying to charge more money to get rid of complaints. This wasn?t a misunderstanding ? it was a pattern. I would never recommend them to anyone."
