"Our house was re-roofed in July 2016 by George J Keller & Sons. We had estimates from 7 roofing companies and felt most comfortable with Keller. We felt Keller was the most honest because they didn't try to low ball the work. Our roof had been leaking on and off so my husband walked the roof and knew that we had some warped and/or soft sheathing. The other companies that came out told us only 3 to 4 sheaths would require replacement but we knew there were many more.
