"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. "I asked them to honor their five-year warranty when their cement was falling apart after two years, they agreed, but then they backed out and now they have just told me to leave them alone and stop texting them. You cannot trust this company. They'll give you a 5 year warranty because they know they have no intention of honoring it. I have been calling and texting this company for months. I had to harass them to get a text from them. Then they insisted I show them the contract before they would honor it. I would think they have a copy. Fortunately, we have the contract and I sent them a copy. We paid $4000 for the exceptionally crappy work they did at my house. They gave us a 5 year warranty in writing, but now refuse to honor it and used the excuse that they don't have enough workers to do the work and they are only willing to refund $2500 of the $4000 I paid for them to make everything look horrible. See my pictures. This company is a joke and the DO NOT HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY "
