"This is a review of the *experience* we had with Quality. We had the basement waterproofed, so we won't really know how good the job is until a big rainstorm! So this is just the experience we had before and during the job. We reached out to Quality based on the Angie's List reviews, and were convinced by the visit from Greg. He was so knowledgeable about the water problems, and pointed out the years of experience the company has. Also, we weren't looking for a bargain, we were looking for a dry basement, and Greg was very straightforward about all the costs. Now we haven't had a rainstorm yet, so we still don't know the most important thing about the job! But Victor and his crew were fantastic. They knew what they were supposed to do when they got here, and did the whole job-- as quietly as possible-- in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant to have in the house. They left the place clean. "I casted a huge net and got quotes from a lot of companies. AFS sent Eric out to give me a estimate. With in minutes I knew this guy was smarter than the average bear. Some other companies were only there 5 min. This guy clearly had some sort of engineering back ground. The work order he drew up was exactly what I need done no more no less. The total was about a thousand cheaper than every one else. Then came the work crew. You talk about fast and efficient. These guys had everything laid out, unloaded and started digging with in minutes. The Forman went over the game plan and what to expect. 3 hrs later they were done, my house was back perfect, you couldn’t even tell than had been there. AFS Exceeded my expectations from the top to bottom. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my house but them."

They were able to complete my entire basement project: installing a french drain, sump pump, and rough casting on the walls in just one day. They brought in a large team to ensure the project was done correctly and efficiently. They also made sure to use drop cloths and plastic around the house to keep dust off of my furniture. This was very appreciated. The salesmen were great to work with and have the credentials/experience to back it up. Would definitely hire again!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
