"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We hired the king to build a brand new bedroom and remodel 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom. The work included installing new hardwood floors, electrical, drywall, painting, installing a window, and building new closets. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request. We are completely satisfied with A+ Professional Painting, their work, their crew and the difference it has made in our home.  The crew was punctual and did the work as described on their estimate: (1) they caulked, spackled & sanded EXTENSIVELY, (2) the precision of their lines was RIDICULOUS and (3) at the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves.  I would describe our job as particularly difficult given the over-sized rooms, the 25+ foot ceilings in the foyer and living room and the picture frame moulding used extensively in the foyer.  A+ Professional Painting exceeded our expectations and our home looks AMAZING!  These guys are the BMW's of interior painting.  We will use them again and we will be recommending them to our neighbors and friends.
