PART 1: My husband and I are leaving this review after signing a contract in February 2025 with Brandon Amaros to have a pre-existing side patio converted into additional living space for our family. A job that was " guaranteed " to be completed by Easter - took until June 11th to "complete". "Complete" being used very loosely as we have a wood burning stove that was installed poorly and cannot be used safely, as smoke emits from the piping in three separate areas. Aside from the host of unprofessional issues that arose ( I will list below ), our contractor never submitted permits with our township for this job! It was unfortunate to find this out ourselves as Brandon never delivered the permits to us after three requests. Finally , nearing the end of the job he failed to schedule an appt with the inspector or provide us with a date for us to be home to conduct one. Therefore, the near completion of this job was out of compliance and done illegally.
