I had the owner of the company come to my house to pick up the laptop, but he assessed the laptop's condition, and walked me through it. He then took it and within 4 hrs he called me back telling me the specific problems, and gave me options on what I should do. It only took a day to repair the problem and the next day I had my laptop back and he showed me the changes and was respectful throughout all of our encounters.

Bill came to my father's home on a Friday afternoon to look at his laptop which had been hacked and was unusable. He did some preliminary testing and explained that he would need to take it to his office for further testing and repair. He was understanding and very, very accommodating. He returned the laptop on Sunday afternoon and reinstalled it. Bill stayed until Dad was satisfied that everything was working. Thank you Bill!

I have for years dealt with a company in Flemington,,always having this issue ,,that issue,,many times I just lived with the problem,,then I decided to go to Best Buy(Geek Squad),,,,told them the different problems,,paid $200 for their free maintenance for a year, ,,I also got a Best Buy credit card,,thank God it was a Visa .. and now to quote the Godfather,,,"I'm going to make them an offer they can't refuse",,because I intend to get my money back,,,,my games were gone,,,my icons were gone ,,,my PDF was gone...and I was given some story that my adobe flash-player was out of date and the games didn't or did upgrade themselves ,,so therefore I could not get my games back,, but people can hack into government computers and so there is no way to retreive my games??? you can't be serious!!!!....so I went to Home Advisor and thought ,,this is the last shot,,,then the garbage,,,when Bill told me how much was wrong,,,it was time for immediate general anesthesia...I was still sitting at the time so as to ease the pain...the good news ..My computer was given an enema ,,all cleaned out and up,,,which Best Buy(Geek Squad) was paid to do and did not,,",I'll be visiting them soon".. another Godfather quote,,(,Michael Corleone). My computer works,,,and is NOT in the garbage ,, infinite thanks to Bill..everything restored,,and working perfectly,,,,If you're considering Geek Squad,,do yourself a favor, and write them off,,,you will spend lots of money for something they didn't do...,

Bill Mattius was very helpfull in fixing the monitor for my old computer and when the computer ceased working because of surge protector failure during a lightning storm, he recommended installing battery backed up protectors on my TVs and my computer. He downloaded many files from my old computer and helped me transition from Windows 7 to 10 on my new computer.

Bill is extremely reliable. He does just what he says when he says he'll do it: show up, check in, call back, meet a timeline. I found him personable and pleasant if a bit of a Cassandra, but he is in the business of gloom and doom so that makes sense. He repaired my software problem and I would use him again. I cant really assess value for service as I don't have much experience in that regard. He definitely has high professional standards and I respect that.

Bill showed up before the scheduled appointment. He immediately found numerous problems with our computer and reasons why it was slow and locking up. Since much more diagnostic work was needed, he took the CPU back to his shop and quickly corrected all the issues. He communicated his findings that evening and exactly what it would cost to fix. Our computer is now working perfectly. No virus protection software or other online help could have done this job.
