"He completed full renovations for three of my properties he is very professional and there isn't anything he does not how to do."

Hi, my name is Andrey, and I own Instant Home Improvements. I've had my company for two years, but I have seven years of experience in construction. I've worked mostly in northeastern New Jersey. I'm based in Sussex County, but I can travel to the surrounding counties. I have experience remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring, but my distinguishing skill is my knowledge of drywall installation and spackle application. I do most of the work inside homes. I always strive to ensure the client is happy with the finished project. I enjoy seeing the before and after of a home renovation and knowing that I did everything possible to make it turn out well.\n

"They were very professional. The performance was fantastic. They did excellent work every time."

"He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.
The work was well done and looks nice.
My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.
I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work."

"Amazing experience! Matt is by far the best contractor that we have ever had the pleasure to work with during renovations at our home. We have renovated our home from top to bottom over the past 25yrs that we have lived here. When we did the renovation of our kitchen, we had issues with the cabinet supplier, and Matt was our advocate and brought the supplier in-line, and worked on our behalf, above and beyond his responsibilities as a contractor. Matt’s attention to detail, is impeccable and his desire to satisfy and impress is beyond description. We have recommended Matt to other friends for their projects and his consistency of quality, and performance is well documented. We highly, highly recommend Matt. If you do chose to have Matt work on your project, you will be beyond satisfied, and will have also found yourself a new friend."

"Frank responded immediately and arrived to do the installs within an hour. He's courteous, professional and friendly but more importantly does great work. I have tons of projects in my house that need attention and am so relieved to have found a knowledgable and dependable handyman in Frank. Call him. You won't be disappointed. Can't recommend him enough."

"Cary Smith and his crew were very responsive and responsible for the week that they were here. They were always on time and they kept me abreast of any and all issues. The job was messy and tedious as it involved taking up the damaged floor on the first floor of our three story condo. They matched the flooring very well to the original flooring. In fact, we were more satisfied with the quality of the replacement flooring. Cary stuck with the original estimate and there were no cost overruns. They came and finished the job within the allotted timeframe they had originally committed to. Cary and his team were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use them again for any home improvement projects we may have in the future.

"The Roca team was on time and very efficient in clearing my driveway and sidewalk. I appreciate how quickly they are able to complete the work and the care that they take with each job."
