"They did a demolition job on my ceramic kitchen floor. We made the appointment, they did the job, Polite, courteous, punctual. The contractor putting the new floor down inspected the demolition and approved. And they hauled all the debris away. ð"

Small jobs welcome

"We bought a new home and had not quite gotten to buying the appropriate equipment to mow the lawn, weed whacking etc so wanted to hire for a one-time service to get the property cleaned up. Dan was responsive to our request, reasonable rates and able to accommodate the timing of service. He and his team came on site and did a terrific, thorough job. Did very well around the various plants and edges. We were so impressed, we are looking to continue using his team for a while longer while we settle in. Definitely recommend."

"Jalen and team did the best spring clean up on my property that has ever been completed in all the years I have lived at this address. Not only did they quote a fair price but they were prompt, thorough and not diverted from the task. There attention to detail has me looking for more projects they can help with...most definitely I will ask them to return in the fall."

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.
