"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

This is the first review I've ever written and have to say Derek did a fantastic job painting my home.  Derek is a honest, hardworking guy who did a beautiful job on our home.  He was on time, very professional and was completely trustworthy!  I was not there the entire time but left the key and remote to my home with him.  He finished painting, cleaned everything up and left the house just as I would have.  My walls have rounded corners which are hard to paint when going from room to room with different colors but he did it effortlessly.  I was so satisfied with the beautiful painting he did we had him back two months later to paint the first floor of our home.  I would highly recommend using A+ Professional Painting - you will be very pleased you did!

"Pete and his team were very professional throughout our kitchen remodeling project. Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. Renovation projects are stressful enough (we knocked down a wall into the dining room, resized a window and completed it with matching exterior vinyl siding and capping, replaced the floor and subfloor in 2 rooms, cut new trim, repaired drywall, changed the color and decor, added new plumbing, electricity and lights, and increased 7 feet of cabinet/countertop/backsplash space to 18 feet!), but Pete and the crew did their best to alleviate all our stress. "FANTASTIC!!! This builder listened to my ideas and helped me realize my dreams for each room. I saw a job they did on a friends house then contracted for my kitchen. It is beautiful! We then had them do our main bathroom upstairs and again fantastic work!! Then our utility room and powder rooms which are unique and beautiful! Now outside driveway and sidewalk. The original builder of this home was terrible. No insulation in many places, no GFI, bad materials and workmanship.So, it was no easy job for the Bathroom and Kitchen King to work on my home. They were fantastic and well qualified to do the job. Sorry I cant figure out to get pics in here!"

"We hired the Meticulous Handyman to completely remodel our two bathrooms and update our laundry room. The work was truly meticulous down to making sure the house was spic and span when the job was finished. The upfront pricing was clear and concise and we even saved some money based on their recommendations for materials. Because our home is over 150 years old, we expected some issues - and we were not surprised when we found some structural problems. Kristi explained options and was upfront with the additional cost and time to remediate. We always felt totally informed and the job was completed when they said it would.
