This company by far exceeded all my expectations. I needed somebody to come in quickly to do my kitchen because I had family coming in from Florida for the summer. MAS completed everything on time. my family loved it! I will be using them again to finish my unfinished basement this winter. I would highly recommend MAS construction for all your home remodeling needsâ ¦ thanks again look forward to doing this with you soon!

Manipulator! Liar! Deceitful! Pressure tactics to pay cash on work not completed. Extorted cash out of me by threatening not to finish work. I was his Cash Filler for all his other Client Projects! Demanded 35% Cash Deposit upfront, and I responsible for all material! Unprofesdional, yells, curses, slams things. Workers careless new vanity scratched up. All my outlets, switches sprayed with paint. New Mirror Vanity glass cracked. Paid for moving up functional cable outlets only to learn I am worse off no longer functional, no cable behind. Workers or He removed my ladder out of my home and denied it was taken. Quit job, pretended to look over progress of project and yelled, and screamed and removed all his tools, and refused to refund money owed back to me. His wife is nasty, curses me out over not doing verbal calculation wanting to see it on print, paper! The worst 2 people I have ever had to deal with. I had a noose around my neck with the 35% deposit he demanded on total project. And further tortured by refusing to put me on schedule, and wanting prepayments for scopes in project. Not fully completed. Example paint, paid 93%, but only 50% completed, and poorly! Be careful if hiring, he will come on professional, and if he sees an opportunity to take advantage and manipulate to make money, he has no morals! Total theif!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

Needed a deck replaced for reinspection before closing. Harold and his team completed the deck in a timely manner. Would use again in the future.

Harold and his team were great! They provided quality work and customer satisfaction. Not only did they provide quality workmanship they were great people to work with from Harold to Lauren and their guys. Other family members and neighbors are now having work done. I would highly recommend them and Iâ m ready to start my next project!!

Had a piece of flashing come off from wind storm. Harold came out quickly and gave me a quote that I excepted and work was completed when he said he would be out. Would definitely recommend them for your projects.

The first contact with MAS was a voice mail I left. I received a call back within minutes. I met with Lauren a few days later to get estimates for three different projects. The first project was building a shed which is now complete. Iâ ll have them back to complete the other projects in the near future. It was a pleasure working with Lauren and Harold.

MAS provided excellent service from beginning to end. I had drywall fall from the ceiling in my garage. They worked with me to quickly repair what fell and secure the rest of the ceiling. They adapted to plan changes from my insurance company without missing a beat. They showed up when they said they would. They fixed the garage and replaced the garage door opener. They did a great job. Very happy with it. All at a reasonable price. Everyone was respectful of my time and home. I would definitely recommend them!

Everything went smoothly. MAS construction worked with me on changes quickly and the results were great.

There was initially a huge problem with the flooring. When I finally got in touch with him. He saw that my initial flooring that was installed was horrible and it came up everywhere! My elderly mother actually tripped on the parts that were coming off. We layer throw rugs all over the place. Harold came with his crew and stayed one night for 12 hours to make sure the job got done. They guys were very professional and very respectful. They actually listen to what we had to say. It took 4 days to do the flooring but it came out Beautifully!!! Kudos to the team and a big thank you for that you guys did!!!!

Mas did a great job! They kept every commitment. Job to replace ground floor deck and 2nd floor balcony wood with composite came out great. Thank you Harold (& team) ð

We had Mas Homes & Construction replace a second floor deck with stairs and also, build a sunroom underneath it. Harold and all his employees did excellent work at a reasonable price making innovative suggestions and adjustments as needed. This is a business that truly cares about what they are building or upgrading, all aspects of the job . My family is looking forward to working with them on more projects.

They picked up, delivered and installed sliding, barn style, shower doors. They look great! Kept us informed with every step of the process. Stayed late to complete the job!!

Updating this review 07/24/2024. Harold seems to have deteriorated in quality and service. Do not use him now. He did tile work for me without using spacers. I let it go. He did a crap job for friends i recommended him to and ended up damaging their home. And finally he took money upfront for work that he never finished and in fact did more damage so it has to be repaired and he now walked off the job. He took over 30k of money from a client that I recommended him to. He turns deceitful and manipulative when client voiced concerns.

It took longer than expected but they kept at it with a great attitude

Harald was great at keeping us informed and updated regarding the status of our projects. He kept his commitments and his crew did a great job.

Harold and his team were great! Communication on point, pricing was fair and when I was told they would begin and finish they did, in fact 2 days early. Since meeting this team my husband and I have conjured up a few more projects around the house we know they would excel in.
