Billy does outstanding work with amazing attention to detail, takes a lot of pride in his work, gets the job completely done to the last detail, and went out of his way to accommodate us in terms of schedule and managing dogs in the house. We have an older home and he was expert in solving for the uniques challenges of that. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. This is the first review I've ever written and have to say Derek did a fantastic job painting my home.  Derek is a honest, hardworking guy who did a beautiful job on our home.  He was on time, very professional and was completely trustworthy!  I was not there the entire time but left the key and remote to my home with him.  He finished painting, cleaned everything up and left the house just as I would have.  My walls have rounded corners which are hard to paint when going from room to room with different colors but he did it effortlessly.  I was so satisfied with the beautiful painting he did we had him back two months later to paint the first floor of our home.  I would highly recommend using A+ Professional Painting - you will be very pleased you did!

"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations.
