I consistently return to Under Construction to do work for me because they are like having the "dream team" do work. They show up on time and if there is a problem they call early in the morning to say that they can't come that day. The work went smoothly and I never felt like my projects were delayed more than a day or two. I always felt safe with their staff and never felt someone was going to rip me off. Actually, the owner still has my key. They treated my dog with kindness and tolerated his barking and interfering with their work. I have not had any problems with their work; it is beautiful and great craftsmanship. I love my kitchen, garage and my deck. They work with you and do what you want, unless for some reason it can't be done, but then will suggest alternatives. I live in an older home and I can't believe how they really modernized the home. Under Construction Builders, LLC is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone. I am considering elevating my home since the hurricane and I have already been in touch with them. Just a great company.

They were very helpful. They were looking to do a lot of things. We had gotten estimates from other companies. The guy's a builder. He's experienced. He's not a sales guy. He's not trying to just design something for me. He asked me what I wanted. I got ideas on what I want to put in here. He went through the hazards of what's underneath my siding, roofing, etc. We went over those things. He explained that he's not going to leave any rot under anything. He explained how things were applied to the house. He was punctual.
