"It's not an exaggeration to say that the experience we had with Tommy surpassed all expectations. From our initial consultation to the completion of the project, his expertise, professionalism, and sheer dedication were nothing short of spectacular. The project was to install pavers on our patio, a job that required considerable precision, skill, and attention to detail. The contractor walked us through the entire process, patiently answering our many questions and ensuring we were comfortable with every decision. Tommy completed the project on time and within budget, despite some challenging weather conditions. The teamâ s punctuality, work ethic, and respect for our property were commendable. In a world where good service can be hard to find, Tommy stands out. If you are looking for someone who delivers high-quality work, values customer satisfaction, and treats your project as their own, look no further. We highly recommend Tommy, the quality of their workmanship will undoubtedly leave you as impressed as we were."

Customers say: True professional

"I highly recommend A Debenedetto Construction company! I had a heavily rotting and sinking wooden retaining wall surrounding my patio. A few more heavy rainstorms, I think the wall would've floated away. Everything in my patio was poorly built and it needed major renovation on it. Animals like chipmunks, snakes, and groundhogs were coming in and out of my patio steps because it was never properly sealed. The stairs were all slanted and there were holes everywhere. A Debenedetto and his crew always came on time for the job. They left everything neat and tidy after every job each day. Debenedetto amazingly transformed my ugly, non-functioning patio into a beautiful and grand patio. I had some basic ideas on some changes I wanted and I asked him how we could transform different areas. He was reasonably priced, super creative and made amazing suggestions and I was thrilled! His crew works fast and very detailed in every corner of my patio. When the work was done, I was blown away! He far exceeded my expectations! I am truly proud to show off my beautiful patio to my family, friends and neighbors! Attached are some Before and After Pics. I love my patio now and I get to enjoy it for years to come! Thank you Antonio and your crew for making my patio a dream come true!!! :)"

"Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!"

Patios questions, answered by experts

Whether it's better to add a sunroom or a regular room to your home depends on your goals. If you need extra bedrooms, building rooms with four standard walls makes more sense than adding a sunroom. If you don't need extra sleeping areas but would like to expand the living space of your home, a sunroom makes sense.

Yes, with custom measurements ensuring perfect fit and function.

Creating a screen room is one of the most cost-effective ways to enclose a patio so you can still use it in the winter. Most screen rooms aren’t insulated, so you’ll need to wrap up warm or use patio heaters in winter. Also, be aware they might not hold up well if you live in a location where heavy snow is common.

Yes, but ensuring the deck has a solid foundation with adequate footings is critical before building, as the weight of a sunroom will put significant pressure on the structure below. Even if your deck is properly constructed, it may not be able to handle the extra weight. While some basic, lightweight, prefabricated sunrooms can sit on a deck with a strong existing foundation without additional supports, in many cases, the foundation and joists will need reinforcement. It is always best to have a structural engineer perform an inspection to evaluate the deck's quality and structural integrity. A professional can help you decide if reinforcement is sufficient or if it's better to tear down the deck and start over.

A Florida room is a home addition that has finished walls with windows lining the perimeter, while a screened-in porch, also known as an Arizona room, lacks windows and instead has screens to maintain constant ventilation. Florida rooms provide longer enjoyment throughout the year because they’re closed off and will naturally get heated from the sun, while a screened-in porch will just be the same temperature as the ambient air.
