"He did not complete his project, the price was not worth it. Responsiveness was very very bad, lack communication, made a lot of promises and did not did it well. He never came when he said he will came. Professionalism very poor, and negative. Would not recommend him at all. He never took away the old linear of the pool, had to pay another company to do that. I had to hire another person and spend another thousand dolor for he job that he promised to finished. Other company had to finished David's work. This guy David was really horrible for the job, his a fake. We were a senior citizen I think he put advantage of us."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "This is follow up to my previous post that I wish I could remove. I wish I could post my pictures here. He was hired to do my driveway with an apron and level my property to avoid water build up. I contacted him 10 months after the job was completed to let him know that all the pavers in my apron were coming up and weeds were coming through. He never called back, I sent him an email and he also never got back to me. I had to contact another contracter only to tell me that the job was not done properly. In addition, my property is still like a little lake. After more than thousands+ dollars, I would use someone else. He is not responsible. DO NOT USE"

He took the time to explain the process and requirements of the work in detail from a design perspective and down to the technical details. He kept me briefed on every step of the way. From the beginning to the end. He would report onsite everyday and paid much attention to detail. He professionally managed his team throughout the process and the results of the job was outstanding. His staff, they were all very pleasant, they went the extra mile to make certain that I was satisfied and did things according to how I wanted. "Never came out to look at the job and went off of pictures. Quoted an insane price for refacing the crumbling steps but we reluctantly agreed. Then wanted an additional $6-7k for “unforeseen issues”. Tried to tell him no and now they want to sue us. $21+k for a job that after the fact the most expensive quote I got was under $10k for a complete replacement instead of a resurfacing like they proposed for over $20k! I’m willing to pay him for the work that they did but that’s not good enough apparently."

"Please stay away form him!!!!! We hired Ben to remodel a small bathroom which turned into a nightmare in only few days due to his terrible attitude and unethical work. He remodeleed the bathroom and installed the shower door crooked. When we pointed that out to him he advised me that " this is the best he could do and he has already stayed longer on the job and I have to live with it " I dont have a choice. Then WE started using the new bathroom and we found out the bathroom is leaking in our kitchen. We found out he had not selaed the whole bathroom. When confronted he asked me to hire a second contractor the I could work with and get it done!!!! What kind of a contractor is he who doesnot waterproof a bathroom?!! When asked he ridiculed me and said I can not do anything and get it fixed by someone else. Please save your money and stay away from this guy!!!! ****** work and super low quality job!!"
