My floors look like new and the walls came out beautifully, you can't even notice the spots that were so severely damaged before! "Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues.
