"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)"

"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

They finished the project on time, worked creatively around our needs and certain surprises discovered only after demolition. They suggested great, pragmatic design options. Everything came out stunningly beautiful, made to our tastes and preferences. Sal worked his magic to fit the whole project within our budget. He also threw in some upgrades we had not initially planned but made made sense during the project. His team took care of clean up after work regularly so we could continue living in the house reasonably comfortably while the work was going on. "I met with Mark once to review what I wanted in my new garage, doors/windows/electric, etc. The second meeting he had my plans with a virtual rendition. I made one or two minor changes and got my plans on my third visit. After I selected my contractor and the Town needed an additional calculation Mark turned it around in 24 hours and I was on my way to getting my building permit. The contractor didn't have any problems reviewing the plans. He felt everything was in order. I don't anticipate any problems with construction related to the plans. Mark was easy to work, he was thorough, he made suggestions. Mark turned all this around for me very quickly both times. Back in Jan/Feb when we first met and I got the plans, and then again in May when the Town required some additional information. No extra charge. Thanks, Mark!"

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues.
