He called the night before the work was scheduled to be performed to confirm the job details and the previously agreed-to price. The morning of, he and his two workers (I think their names were Gary and Steve) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a nice job. Nick painted the door, and then left for a while, letting his two workers do the rest (was a two-man job). He came back at the end to make sure everything went well."
