When the gentlemen arrived, they identified themselves and wore their masks. Very careful with their equipment and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After cleaning the dryer vent they tested the dryer to make sure the air flowed properly and heated properly. I've used Pure Aire for a few years. I had one problem, though I never got a receipt so that created a problem for me. I am trying to sell this house and they keep asking if the chimney has been cleaned. Finally, I had  but I did not know when it was done or who did it. I had to go through all of my credit cards, Finally I found out and called them and they immediately sent me a receipt, they emailed me. I wish that had been done at the time the cleaning was done. It was troubling to me because I did not know, there was some other work. Now I am stuck and have to get it done. Just because I did not have the reciept and the receipt says I need this and that but at the time, I was not told. Otherwise, the service was good. I have no complaints. I needed a receipt of the work that was done. The people buying the house needs to know what was cleaned. I contacted them and they sent me a receipt quite promptly."
