Determined we had an issue at 6:00 Friday evening after having a new dryer installed and finding it would not run due to sensor saying there was a blockage. Submitted a Home Advisor request. Ross called before I even got out of the app. He came by late afternoon on Saturday and took care of the problem, which also required him to crawl into the attic space. We truly appreciate the quick service - NEXT DAY and on a WEEKEND. Will definitely use him in the future.
