"In 2021, I paid Power Home Remodeling over $4,000 for a whole-house gutter system, which included a lifetime warranty guaranteeing the gutters would remain securely in place. After I contacted your company for a repair, you are now charging me $460.00 to fix the issue. I demand Power Home Remodeling honor the lifetime warranty and repair my gutter system free of charge. This charge directly contradicts the terms of our agreement. I also filed a complaint on BBB.org regarding this issue, but Power Home Remodeling has not complied with my request for a no-cost repair. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I definitely do not recommend any home improvement services from your company. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers.
